Shower mixer in bathroom appears to be faulty, as water is leaking continuously from the shower head, even when the taps are fully turned off. After checking, it seems that the issue may lie with the mixer valve, and to avoid recurring problems, I believe it would be best to replace the entire shower mixer by removing the bathroom tiles.
