Need a down pipe replaced

Plug is push button it seem to be stuck and won't open

The cold water pipe which is going to water hear is leaking in the wall cavity. It seems to be from pipe to pipe connection (knee connection). Need repair or connection replacement The circle highlighted black is the knee I also feel small drop of water when i put my hand in the cavity. I think a connection up in the cavity is leaking as well.

Needing this current shower head changed to this handheld shower head. Photos attached

We are living in a 25-year-old townhouse. we have 3 toilets that we want to replace, they are fixed by mortar/cement, but I believe they use silicone now. We will supply the toilets and just need a plumber to install.

Laundry renovation. Block off existing polypipe as per red X’s (on photo). Re-crimp and mount connections for mixer tap as per white dots (on photo). Mini cistern cock provided. Require brass angle connectors to fit.

Bathroom sink has block so water not drain. I tried with with drain liquid and plunger as well but unfortunately no luck.

I have a HAIER FRENCH DOOR 493L SILVER Fridge, only 2 years old. It has 2 issues such as vegetables are getting frozen even if it is not freezer and water is getting leaked from the fridge.

I need a plumber to verify the toilet as I always have to flush multiple times to get everything go down and give a feeling of less water in the bowl.

NOTE: This job is for mid-late July! I'll accept a relevant quote in a couple of weeks and can be flexible with dates once we have it locked it. I just need to know the cost a little bit ahead so I can budget/organise to have enough. ALSO NOTE: Please include the cost to supply the vanity and tapware. Or, let me know what that will cost separately on the day. We bought an apartment last year and are slowly replacing some of the dodgier elements. I'm after: 1. Remove old ensuite vanity/sink and replace with a new one (nothing fancy - example attached from Bunnings; something similar). It is 600mm. Please take the old one downstairs (one floor) for council pick up. Please include (sturdy but not top end expensive) new tap and plug & waste. Photos of the dodgy old one attached. 2. Replace old shower taps with newer style; easier for kids to use and less likely to have any leaking issues going forward. Have attached an example from Bunnings again (anything similar is fine), and photos of the current taps. Depending on cost, I might also be keen to replace the taps in the other bathroom as well (two sets - it's a shower inside of a bath). If this is something you can do, are you able to give me a quote at all please? Please note I am in an apartment in St Marys, I am up one floor.
