Hot tub is 6 seater freestanding in backyard. Currently empty but remains connected to power and water. Close to back fence that has laneway access so should be reasonably easy to extract.

Water spots seen on the wall of my bathroom and found carpet wet which is attached to the bathroom shower wall.

Water down pipe damaged by reversing car. Only bottom section of down pipe is damaged and the lower wall bracket has come off as well.

Needs a few sprinkler replaced and broken pipe as well

While cleaning my room I figured out that carpet is wet. It is near the bathroom wall in that area only it is wet. Guessing it may be from the inside leakage from the shower but I need someone to come and have a look and give me a quote to fix this problem.

I need a plumber to fix 2 x toilets at my townhouse in Success please. I am flexible with dates/times this week. If next week, I can do Tuesday/Friday. The toilet downstairs is making a hissing sound and filling slowly when flushed. I understand it might need a new refill valve. One toilet upstairs is continuously flushing (slowly) (faulty flapper valve?). Given two out of three are having issues, I'd like some general maintenance on the third one please (also upstairs). It's not having any issues that I'm aware of, but prevention is key!

Leaking appears to be coming from gutter. Tge water has leaked so much and damaged the soffit. Water is now running down the wall. Require solution to fix the leak and assessment and quote for any additional repairs required.

Retic is running but it should be off. I had to shut the whole water supply for now. Need it done ASAP

Need someone with an endoscope to inspect clogged kitchen sink drain.

Hi the hot water system seems not functioning and it might be related to GAS system. We are not owing any bill but just need someone to check hot water system first. Will negotiate the price if some fix needs to be done

Need drain and water /tap connection for future outdoor kitchen. Having concrete poured next weekend!
