Old leaking mixer tap needs to be replaced with a new one which I have already purchased.

The toilet cistern is leaking and I need a new one installed. I have the parts onsite.

Plumber or someone plumbing savvy needed to connect a dishwasher. The pipes are not long enough so apparently it needs a part.

Job to replace existing 125L HWS with 160L HWS. I will supply the replacement tank including temp valve. I have attached images of old and new tanks. Job is not urgent, am flexible.

My toilet next to the extended GYM room got blocked most likely by tree roots. When the previous owner did the extension for the GYM room, he paved the inspection point for that toilet which makes this whole task more time-consuming and complicated. The inspection point you saw from my pic is for the sink only. You may need to change pipes for the toilet to prevent future blockage. - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 June 2022
