Shower leaks to next room. Grout needs to be fixed.

I switched my aircon off and water came flooding out of the roofspace. With the volume of water and the fact that it immediately flooded, I believe I have a really clogged drain line and water build up in the internal unit. So, I need to unclog the drain line and give the unit a check over. The leak was from the roof space on the 1st floor.

Toilet system is leaking a bit (into toilet bowl) and making funny noises. Outside tap won’t switch off (currently controlled by attached hose)

We have drilled a small hole in a gas pipe in the alfresco of our house, repair needed.

Job to replace existing 125L HWS with 160L HWS. I will supply the replacement tank including temp valve. I have attached images of old and new tanks. Job is not urgent, am flexible.
