I have an Insinkerator E75 unit that I require installed under my sink. I have attached photos of the Insinkerator, my sink and the drainage pipes underneath.

Have a 4 foot fish tank the has a cracks in the bottom and I'm looking for someone to fix it

Need a Hycare Apollo bidet toilet seat fitted. Nearest power point is under bathroom cabinet. Would like power cord hidden flush where possible, and toilet seat fully functional after install. Thank you!

Toilet seat needs to be reattached to the toilet. It was wobbly but has now come off completely. We also have a toilet for which we bought a new seat, but it isn’t attached securely, so we’d like that one fixed too. The first six photos show the seat that needs fixing and probably a new part (silver bend). The last two photos are of the new seat that needs proper installation.

We have done as much as we can, but just need everything connected and installed correctly. Toilet is gurgling. Water from toilet and bath does go through well. Looks like the sewage pipe is blocked and needs to be cleaned.

Hi, this is the email I received from strata which I need to address - Saw that pergola colourbond has been fixed to gutter of unit 3. Making that one gutter only source to take on to extra water from pergola now. Jan also noticed that the down pipe (photo attached) the 2 angles will not help with gravity. Would cause build up of water from gutter corner central point. She has not noticed that downpipe before. That run off needs to be going into storm water drain or that will flood unit 2. Unit 3 owner will need to address these issues with installer promptly. Making sure it's fixed to Australian building standards. As the liability is on the owner.” Thus, this leaking is likely due to the newly installed colourbond sheet so would need to be investigated and fixed by the person whom installed it as there may be a lack of guttering for water to flow down. So, pretty much the sheets of the pergola would need to be lifted up from the gutter side, so that the water flows in the opposite directions, I was reading on Google about installing shims, but that would be your call on how to proceed with that. Would really appreciate a quote on how much will it cost, and what would be the best way to proceed with that.
