Broken shower tap replace

Toilet won't flush Water is draining slowly, so there is a blockage

My toilet flusher is not working, brand Parisi. Might be just a loose connection. The leaking is stopped but I have to block/tie one of the small pipe so it's not going down

I have an irrigation system that has stopped working. There is water flowing through but the sprinklers aren't coming up. Also two of the sprinkler heads have been broken off and need replacing.

Shower mixer to be installed

Take out the old sink and install a new sink in kitchen

Need to replace water tap

Replace older kitchen tap (mixer style) with IKEA kitchen tap (also mixer style)

Just need a bathroom vanity and tap installed. Should be a pretty easy gig for plumber. Have got tap and vanity already

Kitchen tap dripping and would like it fixed preferably with new taps

Replace kitchen mixer tap. Tap supplied.

Some days it will leak so much that it refills the washing machine but it only drips when it’s not in use as far as I know, if I turn off the cold tap it doesn’t drip so I think it’s the machine.

I believe I need a spindle replaced in a single bathroom tap. There is black greasy liquid coming out from the centre of the tap.

Toilet seal connecting to the down pipe is leaking when flushing the toilet.

Replace a pop up sprinkler head. Unsure of size sorry. Photo attached. I would need the sprinkler head to be provided. Cheers.

Possible blocked drain between two toilets. One of the toilets needs two flushes to just bring a bit of toilet paper down. Also when having a shower the closest toilet slightly bubbles.

Two taps exterior to be installed around the house. (I have the taps). Approximately 6m from the existing pipe connection. Also I have got ozito water pump and this must be connected to the water tank and installed inside the garage. (I have got most of the materials) - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024

Change the drain stainless steel cover to a new one, tap s leaking may need a new tap. Change outside tap to a quarter turn tap

Have some simple plumbing jobs if you are experienced and available? I have 3 x sets of Caroma taps I would like washers replaced on. Not critical time pressures but just annoying with the slow drip. Photo with red cup fills every 24 hours despite taps being screwed right. I work from home at Holder, Weston Creek most days so can work in with your timing. You will need to supply hot and cold water washers, own tools of course. I realise the $99 is low ball but not sure what total costing would be. - Due date: Flexible

Our house is around 2 years old having been newly built. We have not had any plumbing issues so far. However in the last few months, the main shower on the main floor is not allowing much water to flow and the shower is essentially dripping and not a consistent stream. The water temperature is also not very hot. I have cleaned the shower head but it didn't help. I would like a licensed plumber to come and have a look and address these issues.
