The gate keeps leaning down (hinges aren't aligned) and won't secure in the lock when we close it. We have to lift it up to try and get it to lock, doesn't always work and the magnetic part isn't catching. We are supporting someone with a disability in this house and it is a safety concern, if someone could come out soon that would be appreciated - Due date: Before Wednesday, 2nd Feb 2022
