Glass pool gate isn't clicking shut anymore. Same problem with a light aluminum style gate. May be because both were wedged open for an extended period recently while trades were working on the pool. I'd like them both repaired soon please.

Glass pool gate has hafele hinge and PH floor spring (both stainless steel). Gate no longer soft closes but slams quickly when released

Two of our pool gates aren’t self closing and it appears that their hinges have been installed upside down (which makes it difficult to adjust the closing tension). I need someone to reinstall the hinges correctly and tighten so that the automatic self closing function is effective. It shouldn’t require any new materials as the existing hinges are fine (just installed ipside down) and I have a spare hinge that has been unused). Our pool gate and one panel of aluminium fence requires fixing ie new screws, top covers to posts and ensuring gate closes for the upcoming inspection. The pool gate does not close securely from a very small distance away however as the pool fencing is old (as is the gate) I am unsure if the hinge may need replacing to close correctly......

The metal tube style pool gate has an internal spring (inside a post) that probably needs to be replaced. I need someone who understands how to take the gate off and am willing to pay for time if it requires going to get the relevant part. Once replaced, it might need adjustment to make sure the latch closes properly. I want to repair the gate, not bolt on all new equipment. - Due date: Flexible
