The following is the pool inspection report. I want maintenance of door and window to be carried out as per that. The pool area has a store room down the back, this store room requires a door handle at least 1500mm high from the finished floor level. It also needs to be self closing and self latching with no manual force to prevent small children accessing this room and accidently being left unattended and then having direct access to the pool unsupervised by adults. The store room also has 2 sliding windows which need to have the opening restricted to 100mm or less to prevent if a child was in that room being able to get out and access the pool area unsupervised. - Due date: Flexible
