New house with a pool so not sure why I’m getting a fault message and the pump isn’t working.

I am about to order a Bestaway pool online, however the area I have in the backyard is not completely flat and may need levelling slightly (not sure). If ground needs levelling will pay accordingly Looking for someone with knowledge of Bestaway Pools who can look at the area, Level if required and assemble the pool (which is apparently easy.
