Pool pump does not suck water.

The connection of my backwash hose to the pool pump is weak and the pressure of the water is so strong, that the hose will come loose and spray a tsunami of water if I do not manually hold the hose onto the filter while it's draining (which is exhausting!) Looking for a pool expert who can come up with a problem-free way to drain my pool whenever the water level gets too high

I need to remove the last 400 Litres from the bottom of my pool so I can clean the tiles. The builders pump can't suck it out because it's too shallow. Maybe someone has the right device? We have just built a new pool and filled it. It was constructed using Beadcrete which is like a pebble Crete. The water has been treated with chemicals and runs a Naked Pool system, however when brushing the floors or walls there is thick dust which we think is sediment from the build work. We want to deep vacuum the pool to remove all of this dust/sediment. Ideally we would like to do this as soon as possible. We have a vacuum hose but not sure what other equipment is required. Prefer a supplier who specializes in pools.

I need professional high pressure cleaning for my tiles - approx 50 square metres around the property and pool. They tend to get quite dirty so looking for someone with good experience and attention to detail.

Assembling a above ground pool, as far as I can tell it just needs basic electric drill and strength, neither of which I posses. 4x5 metres. Probably needs 2 people maybe to hold panels together. Best way Hydrium swimming pool. Would love this done ASAP :)
