Hey all, I believe my salt chlorinator needs cleaning or replacement. Current pool diagnostics indicate something wrong and chlorinator running below 65% . Issue is I cannot access it as I am not able to unscrew and open. I would like a qualified pool person with relevant experience to come over and either help me access it or give me a professional opinion on what needs to be done. Attaching some photos, the model is Davey Chloromatic MCS16C Self Cleaning Salt Chlorinator. Thank you
