G’day, Looking for someone to help with a pool issue in North Epping. The pump’s running fine, but there’s no suction in the skimmer box, and the vacuum isn’t working — likely a blockage in the skimmer line or pipes. Hoping to get it sorted before Thursday this week (Monday or Tuesday also works). Ideally after someone who knows their way around pool plumbing and can clear the blockage. Cheers!

I’ve purchased a new pool pump and, while I’m following the instructions I was given for priming it, I’m having a bit of trouble and I’m worried I’m going to break the pump. Our swimming pool is leaking very slowly. We’re not quite sure what the problem is but we would love to have someone who can properly fix this problem.

Pool needs to be properly cleaned, chemical treated, algae vacuumed & scoop leaves & pods. Chlorinator broke so pool turned green. Chlorinator is now fixed. Palm trees were removed beside the pool but leaves & pods fell that needs to be scooped out. Pool needs to be scrubbed & algae vacuumed. Make the pool clean & blue & safe for use by kids. Can you do it? Can this be done without replacing the water & emptying the pool? I understand it may need 2 visits & happy to book a 2nd time.

This is a semi in ground, above ground pool. Cartridge filter chlorine. 7m x 4m x 1.8m depth. No cover. Lately there is fine dust at the bottom of the pool that no matter how many times I try and vacuum it keep coming back. I don’t have vacuum to waste so after I vacuum I generally wash the cartridge filter thoroughly, however it keeps coming back. The chlorine and ph level are fine, I have used a net over the skimmer and have recently used a clarifier tablet. I have also brushed my pool to see if that helps. I can’t see anything wrong with the pumps or valves. I am looking for someone to come in and show me what is wrong and provide a solution that I haven’t already tried. If I am happy with your work, it is likely I will use you again.
