Small pool needs cleaning has no tools

Hi, I have dried salt on my balcony structure which has caked on, it’s not a simple wipe off with a wet cloth….. I’d like to it all cleaned please….

Some piping needs changing to fit to my pool filter and valve. And I sort of need a bit of a bodged job connecting the valve to one pipe, until I can afford to purchase a new valve.
