Assembling the legs, corner frames and cabinet

They usually assemble the corner frames, cabinet and legs while ensuring they are flush and made secure with washers, nuts, bolts and wood screws. Installing the Rails

The top wooden rails are laid out over the felt, with the leather ball pockets fitted onto the rails. Each piece of the rails and the six pockets are bolted together. Once assembled, the wooden rail frame is placed on top of the felt. This is then aligned with the notches for the pockets.
