After someone to change my light I broke the inner black piece whilst changing the bulb and two power points from white to black I have the new light and bulb and the black power points

Replace existing single fluro with twin led 1200mm in same garage. Check ceiling fan in bedroom that has stopped working, possibly just needs replacing under warranty? Thank you
