Jet USA RX500 when I don’t hold down the trigger water stops but the machine doesn’t turn off

Hello, I am looking for someone to buy and install a mini high pressure machine for my job. My job involves flushing out old ducts which are filled with dirt and roots. Machine need not to be more than 2000 psi as conduits have cables which are really delicate. The setup i need is a relatively cheap machine, a pressure guage attached to it as the job requirement, and a really small water tank about 20-30L. The gun needs to have a 4-8mm tube through which high pressure water can be pushed and pass in really small ducts.

It turns on but no pressure

Pressure washer not working, its a 4000 psi heavy duty pressure washer. Runs on petrol

Pressure washer suddenly stopped working whilst in use. Pull cord locked. Removed spark plug and poured light oil into spark plug opening. Removed pull cord mechanism and was eventually able to turn crank both ways. Refitted pull cord mechanism and was able to pull three times easily (oil jettisoned from spark plug hole), then cord has locked again. Machine is a Full Boar, bought second hand but looks to be in good condition. Need advice as to whether it's worth repairing.
