My printer was in the process of a firmware update. When I lost Internet connection and the firmware update was incomplete which has caused the printer to not start up. It has a blank screen and I have tried all possible troubleshooting that is available to me, I believe That a technician would be required. I am happy to pay cash on site however will not be paying for a repair that will cost as much as a replacement printer.

Occasionally I need help fixing my home network, as l am a sole trader who relies on my PC. After a recent black out, my network has reset and now my new WIFI connected printer has stopped communicating with my PC. Our Google Homes have also reset and keep saying there's a glitch (I have been told the solution is to turn off PV6 in my Telstra router settings after it reset, but I don't know how to do that). I am also looking for someone who I can reach out to when I have IT issues, which crop up occasionally. I'm guessing for an IT expert, usually my issues can be fixed within 5 minutes.
