Printer works fine. Already is connected to 3 other devices and prints, scans perfectly fine, however when installing on our main device (computer) it shows successfully installed/connected but does not print at all. We need someone to reconnect it to our main computer wirelessly and allow us to print/scan successfully without troubles.
Fantastic experience! Michael did an amazing job setting up my printer wirelessly. He was efficient, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend his service 👌🏼
