Epson printer - recently acquired from a previous small business . Need assistance in initial setup. Have paper and Print cartridges need assistance with connection with PC. Have USB and wifi in study: Previous owner advised that the head may need cleaning due to dust etc though can’t confirm Until I can connect and print. If unable to do this in person happy to do over phone remotely if possible. I have used a printer similar to this but a long time ago.

I’ve got a zebra ZT230 label printer that I used to have set up in a different laptop. I’ve got a new laptop and I can’t get it setup right. Ideally I’d like to be able to print basic labels I using a template (also required) in word or other free label making software. This job will need an element of IT as it’s not a simple plug and play.
