Hi Taskers. I'm looking for an interior designer and project manager for a large character apartment in Toorak. The job is for paint, paper and floors. Also kitchen and bathroom refurb. It is a lived in but good condition apartment. The job is not structural but more cosmetic.

I’m looking for an experienced designer in a creative field (e.g. graphic design, web design) who also has experience managing projects. Or, if you’re just an amazing human with design flare, a hunger to be part of building business that look awesome, do good, and that are functional, we could talk.. I use use international freelancers from sites like www.fiver.com, www.ifreelancer.com.au and www.upworks.com.au and find that there are talented people on these sites (although it takes a bit of looking…) but often they need direction and instructions and don’t think for themselves enough. The role I’m creating here would be responsible to understand the job brief from me, and then together we decide an action plan and then we select the freelancers to work with. You would be their point of contact, driving the project to get the best result possible. You’d be heavily focussed on aesthetically pleasing graphic design and web design, and functionality. We’d use several freelancers for the same job knowing some just won’t be able to produce the quality work we expect. This job does have a bit of back and forth required. You’d have short bursts of communication with a freelancer and then they’d go to work and get back to you to review their work, before you show it to me. Example: First Job - Create a cleaning business brand and web presence We’ve already started creating this business and we need a stunning website to launch it. You’d jump into the project and take over its development. You’d know what needs to be done very quickly and you’d love guiding this to be a really cool, professional, trustworthy and fun brand. I’d guide you when you needed help and we’d workshop the designs and guide the designers to where we want the business to go.
