Hire a professional real estate photographer in Bundall

I need a 15second clip of the Q1 building shot from the beach at this location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zpJFRWgebU7Vt334A It needs to be shot in bright light without too many shadows so between 10-1pm. It needs to be shot on an iPhone 14 or iPhone 15 on the normal video mode in vertical not landscape. Don’t use wide angle lens, just the normal camera is fine and if people are walking in the foreground on the beach that’s even better. Don’t need to zoom in on the building just need a static shot of the entire building for 15 seconds with minimal hand movement.

Must have experience filming real estate homes (just filming, no editing required right now). Must have a quality and up to date camera with wide angle lens and stabiliser. Must have good communication and professionalism both on site and over phone/text/email. Looking for someone to build long-term business relationship with. BID on price is per each. I am a photographer and I run a photography company. I have a contract to photograph commercial spaces that I need help with, the requirements are below, there is 12 on the Gold Coast that I would like help with; 1. All are between pimpama and coolangatta 2. You must be an experienced real estate or commercial property photographer (please show examples, prefer unedited for this occasion) 3. All shoots are early morning (between 6 and 9) 4. 12 to be done in the next 3 weeks to a month 5. Would like standard price across all locations 6. The rooms can be (alot of time) very very small and you will need appropriate lenses and gear to get these photos 7. I have done a bunch and the longest was 1 hour, I've done one in 28 minutes, most are around 45 mins on site 8. If we can (depending on client) we book two a morning, so a discount for the second one would be preferred. 9. Editing to be completed by me. You don't need to be a professional photographer, you just need to have a modern smartphone with a good camera. Perfect for someone who walks past a building / sign each day. The $25 task is just for a single image, for each additional image you get of a different building / sign, we’ll pay an extra $15 up to a maximum of $70 IN total. Each picture must say the 'Gold Coast’ , and they should all be a bit different. See some examples attached.
