I manage 3 share houses in Kilburn and have installed some nice Stegbar wardrobes and purchased additional furnisher recently. I have a series of professional photos but these were done before the additions were made. I'd like to work with a professional real estate photographer on an ongoing basis to take additional photos of rooms when tenants move out and the room becomes available. I'd also like to take additional portrait photos that are more suitable to be viewed on mobile devices as most of my photos are landscape and don't work on mobile devices. We are looking for someone to help up inspect properties that we want to buy. There are multiple properties throughout the week, so this would be ongoing. Inspections will be around Salisbury surrounds. The ideal candidate needs to have: A - flexible hours B - Be respectful to the selling agent and tenant, you will be representing our brand. C - Have a Smart phone that is able to take great quality videos D - Be comfortable to use WhatsApp to transfer videos. E - Be comfortable narrating the walk-through F - Have a fair understanding of what would concern an investment buyer. WHAT'S REQUIRED 1 - 5 to 8 videos 2 - These will be sent to us over WhatsApp – we’ll create a group for you. 3 - No more than 2 minutes in length per video (approx. 1 minute being ideal) 4 - Each video starts, stops, and starts again as the property walkthrough progresses, to follow the flow of the house inspection 5 - Pointing out any noted to be aware of like: Photo of the front of the property (no number plates or faces) A view of the property from the road side, noting traffic noise Broken tiles Loose fittings Leaking fixture And other similar characteristics, but also positive characteristics like; Fresh paint Good counter tops. 6 - All power points and permanent electrical appliances must be tested - eg, stove, fans, AC etc. Here is an example of what we will create from your videos, and what we would like as quality control. https://theinvestorsagency.com.au/property-walk-through-34-emerald-way-park-urangan-old-v/ The inspections take about 15 to 20 minutes, and the videos can be uploaded instantly to the WhatsApp group which we’ll create. Hello! I run some share houses in Kilburn and we already have professional photos of the properties already, however have made some updates (e.g. built in robes). As tenants leases expire and we have access to their rooms, we'll freshen it up with artwork, lamps etc etc and do another photos shoot for marketing purposes. I'm looking for someone flexible to partner with ongoing. The property manager would guide you on what photos and videos are required but we can also show you what we have on our website at Share House Adelaide. Hi there, I have 3 newly built homes next door to each other in Kilburn that I rent out room by room. I've put a great deal of time, money and effort during the build to make sure they are the best they can be (e.g. nice tiles to the ceilings in the bathrooms). I have been working closely with an interior designer to improve them further to make them warm and homely and more desirable. I think we've done a great job and now it's time to show them off! For each house I'm looking for a number of photos for the kitchen, dining and lounge area, the bathrooms and bedrooms (2 different sizes in each house) and some outside shots showing off the new landscaping and the size and 'grandeur' of thee beautiful, modern, spacious homes. I'm looking for an experienced real estate photographer with a portfolio/examples I can see. Also, because these are share houses and there are currently tenants in there, if something had to be moved out of the frame (e.g. laundry powder) then you'd have the experience to be proactive and just move it. I'd get the cleaners in before the shoot to make them as presentable as possible and have my interior designer there to join you to do any last minute adjustments.
