Our NBN P20 lead-in conduit pipe that runs from our electrical switchboard to our property boundary is blocked. It's a new build house, so I assume the pipe has been clogged by mud, concrete, or rocks since it was installed a year or so ago. This pipe runs through the external wall and under the driveway and is accessible at both ends. The pipe has nothing running through it currently, so all options are open to try unblocking it. I think it’s a Common 20mm size PVC tube that is used for this internal and external residential cables. A professional with the proper equipment and expertise in clearing pipes and drains is required to clear this obstruction, so that this pipe can be used as intended. In order to make sure the NBN guys can pull the cable across through the pipe later in the day, the job/ask is to clear this pipe completely, as well as run the rope through it from one end to the other.

All my gutters are connected to pipe under my house. The house is built on stumps. What I would like to do is to connect an Agi Pipe that does not have holes in it to one end of the pipe and run it above the ground near the fence.
