We had a plumber fix a leak in our bathroom caused by the bath from the flat above ours. The corner ceiling needs to be fixed and plastered. We are also wanting an exhaust fan installed in the bathroom and connected to power. Ideally utilising the existing air vent, or in the glass of the window. Handyman needed to install 60cm slide out range hood. I have removed the previous one and have purchased the new one to install. No electrical work needed. New range hood dimensions: 600mm W / 176mm H / 280mm L. Model: Bellini BRA62SWP Same dimensions as old range hood. I have put it in place and confirmed it fits. I just can’t install it (e.g. putting in screws in above cabinet). Photos show the previous range hood, and the current empty space for the new one to be installed into.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to complete the following tasks. An electrician would be useful I think. 1. Install rangehood (no electrician required). There was an old rangehood that was removed, a new one needs to be installed in the same place. Install brackets, install new ceiling piping, and install rangehood. Electrical wiring all done. Just plug it in. See pics. 2. Install and connect oven to the same place as before. 3. Install subfloor. The subfloor is a single Scyon cement sheet that has already been sized up. It is there on site ready to go. The cement sheet just needs holes to be cut out of it so that the pipes can fit through. All this is to prep the floor for the tiler to come to do his part. I need someone to install a 60cm canopy rangehood in my kitchen. The exact model is Beko BRH60CX (https://www.beko.com/au-en/home-appliances/built-in-range-hood/hood-wall-mounted-60-cm-brh60cx), and I already have it, packed and waiting. The kitchen previously never had a rangehood, and just used a ceiling fan, similar to what you'd find in a bathroom. The hole where the fan is also does not align with the stovetop. I don't know whether you would have to do anything about that, or if it can be kept as is. I took some pictures of the duct behind the fan, and it looks like no ducting/roof work will be needed, but please let me know if it is needed. If the ceiling hole needs to be moved, or ducting work needs to be done I will pay extra. I work from home and am very flexible on the time and day it can be done. - Due date: Flexible
