Interested in a potential investment property. It is a large older property that has sustained some significant water damage. The house would be looking to be knocked down in the next seven or so years so I’m interested in getting a creative thinker to see how much something like this costs to fix or if we can problem solve to find and alternative solution. Keep in mind that that the house will be demolished eventually. I can show you some videos to get a rough idea of the damage as well. The house is a 2 story brick house built in 1980. It hasn’t been lived in for the last year and a bit. The area impacted is seeking the front entrance of the House. There is a balcony above this area which is showing signs of damage to some of the wood underneath. There may be a bit of damage to the connecting wall (exterior wall of the 3rd bedroom). Hi there, We are looking for someone with real estate experience to inspect several properties across the Gold Coast. You will need to video call us during the inspection, take photos and ask any questions we might have for the agent. The reason why we need someone with real estate experience, is that we'll need someone able to spot signs of mould, visible defects, and anything the listing photos could be concealing. You will need a car as the properties could be located quite far apart, and they might need to be inspected on the same day. We will pay you $30 per property inspected. I'm putting my request out into the community and have a urgent task to get finished. I am completing my full real estate licence in Queensland and I'm looking for anyone that could demonstrate to me on a few subjects. the urgency is I have to have the assignments in by this Saturday before midnight. They are in the areas or topics of property appraisal, trust accounting and auctioning. Also I need to do to presentations of no more than 10 minutes to somebody via camera or live zoom.
