Looking for weekly maintenance of lawn / garden / external border of house. We just had our place fully cleaned up already and now need it kept tidy. Most of the property is cement or pavers and very little garden. You must have ute or trailer and have all decent tools (no electric mower or edges please). Need a good weed spray setup, long palm saw, branch cutters, good blower and broom, etc efc What we need maintained below:: -Spray round up weed prevention around entire border of property, all cracks and all edges and on all weeds. -Maintain and Mow front lawn, do straight clean edges -Maintain small size hedge at front -Maintain 2 palms at back, cut and remove any palm leaf and seed prods cut and remove dead leaves and debri. -Neighbour frangipani tree overhangs into our place, cut a few branches as needed to stop leaves going in pool. -Hand weed any obvious weeds that pop up around the borders and edges ( Use edge trimmer on any really small or hard to get weeds in cracks and edges ) - Pick up any leaves and debri in drains and around all the sides of property (generally keeping it all tidy) -Blow off entire property border, including back area pavers, around oool and bbq, and front car port, shake mats as you blow. -Take away all waste. Interested in a potential investment property. It is a large older property that has sustained some significant water damage. The house would be looking to be knocked down in the next seven or so years so I’m interested in getting a creative thinker to see how much something like this costs to fix or if we can problem solve to find and alternative solution. Keep in mind that that the house will be demolished eventually. I can show you some videos to get a rough idea of the damage as well. The house is a 2 story brick house built in 1980. It hasn’t been lived in for the last year and a bit. The area impacted is seeking the front entrance of the House. There is a balcony above this area which is showing signs of damage to some of the wood underneath. There may be a bit of damage to the connecting wall (exterior wall of the 3rd bedroom). You will need to video call us during the inspection, take photos and ask any questions we might have for the agent. The reason why we need someone with real estate experience, is that we'll need someone able to spot signs of mould, visible defects, and anything the listing photos could be concealing. You will need a car as the properties could be located quite far apart, and they might need to be inspected on the same day. We will pay you $30 per property inspected.
