I’m looking for a reliable and professional person to attend property open houses on my behalf in Melbourne today in Craigiburn today x4 between the hours of 5.40-7pm. There will also be an additional open house tomorrow required. These will remunerated at $50 per inspection. What You’ll Need to Do: • Be neatly presented, as you will be representing me. • Greet the real estate agent professionally to leave a positive impression (nothing overly formal, just friendly and professional). • Ensure my name and contact details are recorded on the attendance sheet at each open house. • Take a clear video walkthrough of each property during the open house, covering all rooms, outdoor areas, and key features (e.g., kitchen appliances, storage, backyard). • Complete a mostly pre-filled report by noting any visible defects in the property. • Send the video and completed report within a few hours after the open house. I am looking for someone to take this on as a regular gig. So please only apply if you have the capacity to do so. These will remunerated at $50 per inspection.
