I know it has holes in the wooden floorboards and patched roof and damp. My partner and i are moving back to Sydney and need someone to attend a rental inspection for us, 5pm in Randwick the address will be given at task acceptance. With the inspection i would like you to mention you're there on our behalf and provide us with a detailed video of the place and quick detail on the standard of the property e.g.: size, cleanliness and noise and that it's basically not falling apart. Real estate are super strict with times so the person will have to be very punctual.
