Based in Sydney, we have in-laws overseas arriving to Australia next week, looking to secure a rental property in Perth or the greater area. The challenge we face is ensuring an in-person property inspection before being allowed to apply officially. Many property rental agencies allow people to attend instead on behalf of the leasor. We are looking for someone to visit 4-5 properties (we are trying to confirm the exact ones) on the 21st to help increase our chances to secure a property before the 25th of July.
