Before the inspection please take note of my name Nicanor F. as this maybe asked by the agent. Then during the inspection the agent might give you a property code take note of this too so you can give it to me later on. Just imagine yourself that you are the one and your family with small kids going to live in the property. The list of the things to do are the following, being the first one as the most important. 1. Security - We want to have a secure home to reside in as we have small kids, Are the locks and handles on external doors in good working order? how likely a break in could happen at front door and back door? how about the garage parking is it secure? how about the surrounding neighbors is the street safe to walk at night? and the neighbours at the left and right of the house are good neighbors? any dramas in the street at night? 2. Property condition - As its a new home we dont think there will be issue here, however if there is any damages that you think there is then we should take note of it prior to moving at least, test all water faucets, lights works? , stove and oven works?, toilet flush? all drains works well? any big repairs that could arise in future? 3. Low maintenance - Is the house easy to maintain such as the lawn? how likely we need to spend time to do mowing and maintenaning the front and backyard? 4. Make sure to measure the size of the fridge space. Any issues you find take notes and photos as evidence - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 8 December 2023
