Sand and refinish natural wood staircase. Already partially sanded.

I’m replacing my kitchen, my floor is hardwood (Blackbutt). There’s scuff marks where the old cabinets sat, and part of the floor was never varnished properly. I am keen to get this done soon so that I can start assembling cabinets and rebuilding my kitchen. One of my tradies suggested best to do it now while the space is unhindered.

Paint is peeling from kitchen door fronts, otherwise the cabinets are structurally sound, they just need sanding and repainting. I am looking to have all cupboard doors, cover panels and drawer fronts sanded, primed and painted. Its a small kitchen, low-set house.

I need a skilled person to finish the end of the wall nicely. And also fix few cracks on the brick fence

We are looking for an experienced handyman to remove the remnants of dead vines/roots from our exterior wall, refinish the surface to match the existing texture, and repaint the area to match the current color. The work will also include finishing and repainting the roof under the patio. Responsibilities: • Safely remove all dead vines and roots from the exterior wall. • Prepare the wall surface by filling holes or damages to ensure a smooth finish. • Match the texture of the existing wall to maintain a uniform look. (Please note, the texture appears to be a type of stucco or textured paint finish.) • Paint the wall with the provided exact paint match. • Refinish and repaint the underside of the patio ceiling, taking care to match the existing color and texture. • Ensure the workspace is clean and debris is disposed of properly upon completion. Total surface area is approximately 10-15m2. Grateful for any help getting this done!

I am looking for some one who can fix this flooring shown in the picture. I am looking for best and reasonable handyman, who can help me with this task. Is it possible to make the colour polishing like Light grey colour? Pls let me know the cost for complete work and how much time it will be taking. Note:- Renters are present in home

Four wood chairs and one three-seater sofa that needs sanding, old staples removed, some minor repairs and varnishing. They will need a few new pieces of plywood (for support) added to the seat bases to replace the original webbing I removed. I have removed the springs from the seat backs, which need to be replaced with wood doweling. I am happy to consider any alternatives to make the pieces easier to restore. I have some additional images of the look/feel/finish I’m going for if it helps. I can buy any additional materials you need to do the repairs or pay for them directly if it’s easier. You’ll need to provide any power tools, etc., required to refinish the pieces. I’ve also included some photos to indicate what they currently look like. Generally, staples need removing, new pieces of wood need to be added around the inside edges of the seat bases (likely), all-over sanding is required, and some minor repairs are needed. This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed. Cabinets and kitchen will be complete by end of May, so 10th June start date would be good. Realise in person quote will be required prior to starting job.

Four chairs and one three-seater mid-century sofa that need sanding, some minor repairs, general tidying up and oil finishing/sealing. They will need a few new pieces of wood (for support) around the inside of the seat bases and new strapping added (see examples in the images). I will buy all the materials, but you will need to provide any power tools, etc., required to refinish the pieces. Wood dowelings also need to be added to the seat-back of the three-seater for support, which I will purchase. They will all need to be sealed and finished with oil (supplied). Any other materials I’m happy to buy in advance; just to let me know. I’ve also included some photos to indicate what they currently look like. Generally, staples need removing, new pieces of wood added around the inside edges of the seat bases (likely), all-over sanding, and some small repairs are required. I’ve also included two images of previously refinished chairs to indicate what I’m going for. I’m tempted to add a layer of ply to the seat bases for support, as the webbing stretches quickly, but I will take your advice. If you have any questions, please ask.
