The top floor of our house needs the floors refinished. We have bought the stain already (Cabot black Japan) and we’re planning to do it ourselves but we just don’t have the time. Attached is our floor plan with the dimensions but we only need top floor (excluding the bathroom and toilet which are tiled) refinished. We have removed the wall separating the kitchen/dining with the living room. We need this done the first two weeks of May as we can move our furniture to the basement and stay locally. Price is negotiable but will be confirmed upon site inspection. - Due date: Before Friday, 13 May 2022

I have a lovely timber veneer dining table and the varnish is peeling off in places. It needs the top and edges to be sanded back (carefully) and re-varnished. I'm happy to supply the varnish. Hoping to have it done this week if possible.
What an amazing job !! The table looks brilliant - like new and he took wonderful care and attnetion to detail. Fully recommend!!
