regrouting and reseal shower base

Regrouting, recaulking, seal the tiles, replacing one broken tile.(tile provided) protection to the surrounding. Material or extra inperson.

Need help to remove the old grout and apply new grout to the shower base. Approx area 90cm X 140 cm

We have 2 shower areas to regrout & resilicone, rough measurements of base:- 1) 1m x 0.6m 2) 0.8 x 0.8m Assume needs to be done on different days as we only have 2 showers and need to be using one when the other is unavailable. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024

Remove wall grout (if not cement). Re-grout walls with epoxy grout. Score shower perimeter. Apply our epoxy grout to the entire base. Inject an epoxy bead into the shower perimeter. Re-apply internal silicone using a commercial grade sealant. Epoxy seal to the lip and inner lining of the waste drain (if required). - Due date: Flexible

Plumber - shower seals and tiles. Possible leaks from shower base Tiles - popped up from the floor to be retiled.

My en-suite floor grout and some tiles are discouloured, will need to be re-grout and remove all water mark to a as new condition. also some caulking around the basin. The en-suite will still be in use until 15/1/2021.
