We require full remove of all unsound grouts from the shower recess and then re-grout with a range of high quality grouts and sealants, including the highest quality 100% Waterproof Epoxy available. Seal the existing shower at the level of the tile to prevent any future water from getting under the tiles. We have 100% water-proof tiles and require 100% water-proof epoxy grout, to keep all water on top of the tiles and going down the waste. We require: Removal of the existing shower screen, and set aside Removal of existing shower recess grout from the floor tiles to minimum 8 mm deep. Removal of the defective shower wall grout to minimum 4 mm deep from the complete shower recess. Remove all silicone from the complete shower recess; all joints, behind the shower screen and behind the taps and fittings. Chemical clean the shower recess to remove all debris, mould and soap build up. Re-grout shower floor with 100% waterproof epoxy grout, including any horizontal surface within the shower recess i.e. bottom of niche, top of shampoo shelf wall, and epoxy any waterstop location. Re-grout shower walls with polymer grout. Re-seal behind taps and fittings, perimeter of shower, and all wall and floor joints as necessary with premium range wet area silicone. Install new silicone to the bathroom floor-to-wall joints immediately leading up to the shower recess to ensure the room looks neat and tidy and is safe from water ingress. Water was leaking from the bath/shower of my second floor unit to the unit below. Don't believe there was a membrane installed at time of construction, so it relied just on the grouting and sealant. Task is to use sealant grout to re-grout the main areas around th shower/bath to prevent water seepage to the underflooring. Looking for a qualified tiler who can regrout my kitchen splashback. I got a new splashback done about 3 months ago, and I don't like the black grout. I want to change to a white grout. Is this possible? Please provide a quote to remove black grout and replace with white grout

Two shower walls 2m. H x .8m W. need cleaning and/or regrouting and effectively sealed, as moisture is getting past the tiles into the wall cavities. Can you do it properly? Regards, Roy.
