After the grout has dried and set in place, they finish off by polishing and buffing the face of the tiles with a clean, dry cloth. Depending on your needs, they can either lighten or darken your tiles using an appropriate paint solution.

As per the attached photos, the bathroom floor is very worn and tired. I want the stone tiles re-grouted (tiles are 40cm * 40cm) and the entire floor re-sealed (please consider whether existing sealant must be removed to ensure the finish looks great). The total floor area is 6.5m2. To be 100% clear, the job is in 2 parts:- a) Re-grouting and apply new silicon. b) Re-sealing the stone tiles.
