What do regrouting services include?
Regrouting services cover everything–from old grout removal to grout replacement, as well as cleaning and finishing touches. Mostly, the application follows a certain angle or pattern, but this process still rests on your Tasker's techniques and strategies. They reapply all excess grouts into other joints to minimise overall waste.
Final touches
Once the joints and gaps are filled, your regrouting specialist wipes the surface down with a damp sponge to remove grout dust. After the grout has dried and set in place, they finish off by polishing and buffing the face of the tiles with a clean, dry cloth. If you want to give your bathroom or kitchen a makeover without replacing any tiles, you can also get an expert interior painter to assist. Depending on your needs, they can either lighten or darken your tiles using an appropriate paint solution.
After the whole regrouting process, you will notice a lot of excess grout and dust on the floor. At times, they even linger on the window glass, kitchen countertops, or other surfaces. We recently purchased an apartment which has been used as a rental property for many years and the shower is in desperate need of regrouting. Unfortunately, some of the tiles have cracked and a couple (replacement tiles - not original to the shower) are not flush against the wall. We realise the shower’s appearance can’t be revived completely but we want to be very sure it’s sealed and no water is getting in behind it for a good while before we can afford to renovate our whole bathroom! The existing grout is dry, crusty and can be peeled away in places. The outside where the shower entrance meets the floor also needs to be resealed. We would do this ourselves but are time poor with work and I have lower back issues. Please help!

Regrout, resilicone and waterproof a small shower. Particularly in the shower niche/shelf which has been found to be leaking water. Remove all existing silicone and replace. Resilicone externally where existing silicone is mouldy. Use a quality, silicone and grout that will be waterproof and not get mouldy.
