I have a courtyard 5mx5m and want the pavers acid cleaned and the grout redone. Need to grind out areas where ground is cracked. Tiles are generally 600x 600mm.

Regrout and seal/caulk 83cm x 119cm shower. Floor and walls.

Moved into a new apartment and the grout in the bathroom needs a redo. The tiles are small from the 70s, grout was done 18 months ago but is blacked and lifted in areas.

Hi, We need somebody to remove (i believe you make need to use a small grinder) to sand down some very old, broken grout and regrout in a mid-grey epoxy colour in our laundry. It's a 2x1m space, and the marble tiles have been sanded and sealed. Tiles are 20cm x 20cm and it's for floor tiles only (not splashback). Preference is for an epoxy grout in a light grey colour. Caulking services would also be appreciated.

For 2 showers, I need some parts of the shower floor and wall regrouted and sealed. 1 of my showers has a glass panel stuck to the floor with sealant which is coming off. I need the sealant to be redone. There is also sealant near the wall next to the washbasin that needs to be replaced. The color of my sealant near the basin is Magnolia. The colour of the grout is similar.

Bathroom tile grout is old and needs to be removed and then re-grouted. Where the shower base meets the tiling, caulking also needs to be re-done. Tiles do not need replacing as they're in reasonable condition & we don't intend to stay in the house long term.

We recently purchased an apartment which has been used as a rental property for many years and the shower is in desperate need of regrouting. Unfortunately, some of the tiles have cracked and a couple (replacement tiles - not original to the shower) are not flush against the wall. We realise the shower’s appearance can’t be revived completely but we want to be very sure it’s sealed and no water is getting in behind it for a good while before we can afford to renovate our whole bathroom! The existing grout is dry, crusty and can be peeled away in places. The outside where the shower entrance meets the floor also needs to be resealed. We would do this ourselves but are time poor with work and I have lower back issues. Please help!

I need the shower regrouted ans silicones, with the glass shelf removed. There is a leak damaging the skirting on the edge of shower so needs to be fixed. I have started cutting out some of the old silicone already
