Grout is falling out / non-existent in home I’ve moved into and there seem to be signs outside of bathroom in corresponding walls of mild water damage. Not a big task, just one bathroom and floor sealant. Not all wall tiles need regrout, just a few small areas. Remove and reapply Bathroom Silicone Sealant around bathroom floor and apply grout in some areas of tiles I have the product (beige color Bathroom Silicone Sealant )but you need to bring applicator and tools. The Bathroom for re-grouting also need the base in perfect level meaning the water to flow out easily into out let. The main reason for this fix is that all this is due to 'when showering' the water seems to seep into a cupboard on the other side of the wall so much so mold has formed in the clothes cabinet.
