I need the tiles removed in shower, remove the glue, sand surface, waterproof , retile, regrout . I do not really know what this would cost so need to know a fair offer

Looking for someone to regrout a small shower the bathroom. I am semi flexible with the timing of this. Must have an ABN and be able to give an invoice for the job please.

Job is to Re-grout bathroom area & fix or replace cracked tiles (we already have spare/replacement tiles for the cracked ones). Bathroom has a 1Mx1M area of degraded/damaged grout and 5 cracked tiles, and needs to be re-grouted/repaired. Also need to check & treat any issues under tiles from potential water seepage/mould if present/an issue. I would like a quote for this versus re-grouting the entire bathroom floor area of approx. 2.7M x 2.9M. Would like costings for cement vs. epoxy grout. Some areas around my pool the pavers have some small amounts of grout missing. I would like those areas filled in with grout and I would also like to get the pavers sealed.

We have purchased a unit (settlement is on Feb 28th) with 2 showers (one above a bath) that need re-grouting and sealing. We are renting the apartment out for a year or two before moving in and renovating the bathrooms. This is a preventative job to 'fix' the old grout and minimise water seepage due to the age of the grout. There are 2 cracked tiles that need replacing in the bathroom near the taps too. I also require silicon sealing to waterproof the showers.

*MUST BE INVOICED VIA ABN The grout in the bathroom shower floor is deteriorating and the cement grout in the walls is discoloured. The silicone seal around the perimeter and junctions requires replacing. Please quote for repairing of all impacted areas I would ideally like it to be done prior to 15 November, but am flexible
