Find a grout repair professional in Surry Hills

Hi I need someone to regrout shower tiles area - two adjacent walls (subway tiles only, not Victorian floor tiles) Each wall is about 2mx2m. About half of the grout in the tiles are fine - I’m OK if focus is just on removing grout that is stained with mould or chipped. The main goal is that the bathroom looks clean and presentable. I’ve tried cleaning mouldy grout with bleach / and using a white pen from Bunnings but have had no success. The house is getting ready to be rented Also open to creative solutions (cheaper cleaning or painting solution) that doesn’t involve grouting.

Grouting repair of a shower recess

We have small amounts of water leaking around the shower drain in an ensuite shower and are looking to have someone re-grout the tiles and seal the drain. Shower floor is approximately 1m x 1.5m. There are a few other odd tasks, like fixing a screen door and painting part of a ceiling, that we could also discuss and we would be happy to pay a bit more for.

I need to stop leak coming from shower screen. I need to reseal screen and regrout shower area. I also need to fix the dry wall that has been damaged from water leakage and the bottom of door frame. The bathroom door won’t close because of this. If you can only do specific tasks, please let me know. 1. Reseal shower screen to stop water leak and regrout shower area. 2.
