We have tiles 30cm by 60cm around bathtub. There are 50 tiles in the area that need to be regrouted, including some fractional tiles. All these need grouting replaced. Also need the silicone sealant around the bath replaced

Hello, we are looking to get some localised bits of grout removed and redone, and some silicone removed and redone around our shower/bath. Only looking to replace discoloured areas. Unsure of cost hence what I’ve listed this as - Could you advise on your hourly rate, as I’m unsure how long this amount of work would take? Thanks so much.

We are preparing a house for sale and need 2 bathrooms (1 main and 1 small ensuite) re-grouted. The main issues are with the white tiles which looks like the white grout has fallen out un sections, see attached images We are looking for an experienced tiler to regrout the tiles and improve the finish to get the house ready for sale.

Shower needs to be regrouted one side of the silicone and white grout has decayed and come off. Note it’s just the half the shower floor that needs to be done. Most of the grout is still in tact and looks in good condition. So it’s not a big job.

Bathroom floor needs re-grouting. There is also mould in the shower area that needs fixing. There are seals between shower glass and bath it sits on. The seal around the base of the toilet needs replacing . The bathroom is approx 3x2m.

Regrout / fix drain the grout has disintegrated
