My upstairs shower appears to be leaking small amounts of water - as per photo showing downstairs water mark on ceiling directly underneath the shower Grout in the shower has deteriorated - I suspect water is going through from the shower behind the wall I am looking for someone to inspect and resolve the leak - please outline what you propose to do in your quote Thank you

I have a 12 square meter bedroom to regrout, it’s already deep, so no need to remove any exisiting grout. Can just grout over it. And also paint the room white. I can do it by myself but I want it done quicker. Would like someone to give me a hand. I’ll be removing all the furniture & removing the curtains.

I need to regrout a balcony (31sqm) and re-seal the door opening to it. Scope of work: A grout removal machine to de-grout balcony floor tiles. Clean all the calcifications from all the grout joint and from the perimeter. Cut out silicone from perimeter and balustrade areas. Use a wet and dry vacuum to remove debris. Heat and dry the balcony perimeter and floor tile joints, ready for grouting. Re-grout the balcony floor tiles using waterproof 2 part Epoxy Grout. This grout is 100% waterproof unlike tradition grout and has anti mould inhibitors. Re-seal the perimeter skirt tiles joints with flexible sealant. Re-seal the expansion joints with flexible sealant. Need to seal all around the sliding door frames with flexible seal. Site to be safe, clear and clean on arrival ready for work to commence. Upon inspection most of the grout joints cracked and lots of water is going under the tiles as a result it shows calcifications on the tiles joints surfaces, and on the both hand side of the balcony attached to the neighbours balcony due to poor materials of expansions joints water start travelling under the tiles. Under the sliding door of the balcony the metal trim hasn’t been sealed at all, and the balustrade joints seal has cracked needs to replace as well. Due to moisture under the tiles and the cracked and porous grout the membrane has been damaged and the reason the down stairs ceiling has been start damaged.

Need to remove old grout. Sealant and new grouting in the shower area.

1. Please remove and clean existing grout of the shower base and bottom 2 rows around shower walls 2. Re-Grout (Epoxy) shower tile base & bottom 2 rows around shower walls 3. Caulk around the shower base (inside/outside) 4. Re-Silicone around the front base and inside shower base. Note: Sealer needs to run inside the base and outside please 5. Another shower (half the size of this shower in the picture) needs to be sealed – need to provide sealants

Renter has reported a crack in the grout in the shower (the hallway side of the shower), one of the tiles is slightly loose, and the tiles at the top aren't flat against the wall. We are concerned about water getting in behind the tiles through the crack in the grout, and need some new grout applied.

I need my shower to have new silicon done and also regrout it to freshen it up. Its a double shower. Just needing the best price from someone qualified. Thanks
