Pick up King Size mattress, king size ensemble (two pieces) and a chest of draws from Banora Point to deliver to a unit in Brisbane City. Then pick up a timber table (and possibly 8 chairs) from Kenmore and drop it back to Banora Point. The only location including stairs is Kenmore. Extra care will need to be taken when moving furniture to not damage the walls, the elevators and the furniture. It is a two person job to move these items. Offering $400 based on an estimate of 5 hours at $40 per hour per person. Ideally it will take less than 5 hrs but traffic is unpredictable so I over estimated.
