I need to get my mother relocated from NSW- Central Coast to QLD- the Gold Coast. She has very few things she is taking, moving from a 2 bedroom unit upstairs (1 flight of stairs)... no appliances, no beds, no large items/ furnishings aside from a timber dining table top- no chairs, maybe some small pot plants. Mostly boxes. See pics for an indication of the load. (Not in pic is the dining room table top- the legs are off already, another 2 suitcases and some more last minute boxes). Gold Coast property is a 2 bed unit in a large 'Mantra' complex with access to the properties lift, this we book and they pad it up to protect the internal of the lift. The lift is available to be booked for 2hr slots (M-Th:9-11am, 11-1pm and F: 9-11am and 11-1pm) so this needs to be factored in for unloading. We may have some wriggle room here... The job: - completed between the 13th-23rd Dec - clear Covid test 72hrs prior to crossing border - approval pass to cross the border from QLD government - truck or van required - 2 men to load truck at pick up and unload at drop off (loading would take about 1-2hrs absolute max) - 1 man to drive the truck/van and the other to drive a fully registered and insured 2012 Hyundai i30 automatic vehicle to be parked in the provided space in the complex car park (fuel and tolls covered for vehicle).
