We have a queen-sized mattress. It is downstairs and needs to be moved up one flight of stairs. It may be simpler to take outside, the up the outside stairs to the upstairs location. Carrying distance would be approximately 60 metres. Vertical distance is 16 stair steps to upstairs. For two people, approximately 10 minutes work.
