I was mucked around by a removalist the day before- Luke responded quickly, they took initiative to load all items efficiently and safely and went above and beyond to help unload and ensure everything was complete. They took the stress off, allowing me to focus on other things I needed to finalise. They were friendly and very good with communicating any changes (being able to come earlier than planned). They will definitely be my go to for future items.
