Hello. I need help moving some furniture from my old house in Ettalong Beach to my new place in Umina Beach. It is a one person household and the items include: Fridge, washing machine, desk, double bed mattress + frame (disassembled), small bookcase and some boxes. The pickup address has clear front access with plenty of parking and the destination is a rear property cabin with rear lane access. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 6 April 2023
Aside from arriving 3.5hrs later than arranged, the guys did a good job and were nice to work with. There was no initial communication anticipating the delay until I made contact to enquire why the hadn't arrived yet. Regular updates were then provided but the overall delay was difficult for us and we ultimately ended up moving after dark.
