Unfortunately, he was significantly late—2 hours for pickup and 5 hours for drop-off—which disrupted my moving plans. His truck was poorly packed, resulting in my bedframe breaking. While he did communicate this, I’m now left without a bedframe. He also dropped my items multiple times during delivery. Overall, the service felt careless, and I’m disappointed.

Good afternoon, I am relocating from Mount Annan, NSW to Kingston ACT. It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive away door to door and I require a quote to assist with my relocation. From my house share my belongings are in the garage ready to go, there is driveway access right up to the garage. I am moving into an apartment with lift access. I have just measured my boxes and belongings (bicycle, surfboard etc) it is about 3.5m in length, 1.2m wide and 1.5m tall. I will also be including a desk (1.2m length, 45cm wide, 72cm tall), a tv unit (1.48m length x 47cm wide x 57 cm tall ), a chest of drawers (108 length x 131 tall x 50 wide cm), a queen bedframe with mattress, fridge with french doors, washing machine.
