Unfortunately, he was significantly late—2 hours for pickup and 5 hours for drop-off—which disrupted my moving plans. His truck was poorly packed, resulting in my bedframe breaking. While he did communicate this, I’m now left without a bedframe. He also dropped my items multiple times during delivery. Overall, the service felt careless, and I’m disappointed.

They were late and unprofessional, with one worker claiming he overslept. Showed up with an extra person requesting more money for him. Job took 6 hours but was not fully completed, with some furniture left behind.
