My mum is moving into aged care, we need a three-seater lounge and an old twin tub washing machine that my 56 kilo partner can lift on her own, moved and gotten rid of.

I am having 4 sofa seats (4 x 2 seater sofas) delivered and I will be away from 23-31 January. I am unsure of what day the deliveries will arrive and when, as I'm not notified. I need the sofas stored until 1st or 2nd of Feb, and the storage place where I rent a storage space doesn't want that amount of room being taken up in their small deliveries area (understandably), plus I'm not sure it will all fit. Someone with a large, storm-proof garage or enclosed area undercover, and works from home (or has an adult family member at home most of the time) would be ideal.
