My wife and I need some help moving our furniture, electronics, boxes etc from Woden area to Googong. We want to minimise the number of trips so everything must fit in one truck or two trucks. So we're talking minimum 4.5+ ton trucks, preferably larger. There are one set of stairs at both pickup and drop-off locations. Both pickup and drop-off locations are houses on wide streets, which means there are no height restrictions or owners corporations to deal with, and there will be enough room to park a 10 ton truck. Pickup location: Pearce, ACT Dropoff location: Googong, NSW (approx 30 min drive in a car) ## requirements ## 1. Must provide either two 4.5+ ton trucks or one 10 ton truck. Hydraulic lift preferred but not mandatory. 2. Truck(s) must arrive at 8am Friday 4 June, be fully packed by 11am then depart non-stop to the drop-off location in Googong. There will be ample parking on-site at both locations with no height restrictions, as long as we stick to this schedule. 3. Must provide at least two (but preferably three) people to load the truck(s). Do not expect help when loading the truck(s). 4. Truck(s) should arrive around midday at the drop-off location - but this can be negotiated. 5. Must provide two, preferably 3 people to unload the truck(s). I will meet you on-site at the drop-off location. 6. Bulky/heavy items must be unloaded directly into the correct room (e.g. TV, sofa, etc to the living room, queen bed into the master bedroom, fridges into the kitchen, washing machine into the laundry, etc). 7. Boxes must be unloaded into the rooms as labelled on the box. 8. Must have suitable goods in transit and public liability insurance, and must provide a certificate of currency before the job will be accepted. 9. Must supply blankets, dollies, trolleys, straps, ropes, etc as required to ensure items are safely manoeuvred and secured in transit. 10. Price must be fully inclusive - i.e. must include GST (if registered), Airtasker fees, tolls, fuel, use of blankets, dollys, trolleys, straps, ropes etc. 11.
