Relatively easy job - My apartment complex has a room where bulk items (furniture, fridge etc) can be left for disposal. So I only need help moving everything from my apartment, into the lift, then into the underground parking, from where it can be dragged about 100m into a disposal room. Anything heavy (car will be parked at bottom of lift) can be put in my car boot (Suabaru Forrester) and driven 100m across the car park to disposal room. A handful of things may be easier to push down the two flights of stairs (one bed base, maybe one couch). I am chucking everything out.
